THANKSGIVINGDINNERA2007-11-12-1194911189.jpgThanksgiving came a little early in Rochester Monday. Rosa Wims organized her pre-Thansgiving turkey dinner today on

Lyell Avenue
. Rosa's been doing so for 22 years as a way to give back and give thanks. She now provides the meal on Veterans Day so that families can attend. And she has no plans of quitting anytime soon.

"I will be 85 in December.  So, I still have a few more to go and just pray for me that I'll be able to still help the community and smile," says Wims.

Foodlink provides the food and volunteers also donate the kitchen space and the cooking. Dinner is served until the food runs out.
