It's a Hoax!

There's a persistent rumor being rampantly spread via the internet, that New York State has begun installing specialized sensors along an interstate highway, designed to hone in on your EZ Pass, record your speed, and send information off to authorities who will then issue speeding tickets if you were going too fast.
The e-mail also alleges the state will soon begin installing metal strips on new registration stickers so "Big Brother "can track you even if you don't have EZ Pass.
The State Thruway Authority sums the whole thing up in one word.
