Babysitter accused of shaking baby due in court today

tiffiney_johnson2007-11-09-1194622421.jpgA woman charged with injuring a baby in her care is expected to be in court this morning. 29 year-old Tiffiney Johnson has been charged with two counts of reckless assault of a child after Irondequoit police say she shook a nine month old baby and then slammed the childs head against something. The baby suffered brain injuries and is reportedly in stable condition at Strong Memorial Hospital. Irondequoit police are not releasing the baby's name. Johnson was booked into the Monroe County Jail on Tuesday. She's being held on $15,000 bond.
