Teens accused in shooting death of activist due in court

Cox_Henry2007-11-07-1194452289.jpgTwo teens are due back in court today, facing murder charges. 19-year-old Henry Cox and 18-year-old Darnell Norton are charged with murder and robbery. Police say they shot shot and killed 49-year-old community activist James Slater last month as he walked home from a neighborhood meeting. Slater was an employee at Action for a Better Community and also served on the board of the Rochester Children's Zone.
