Police investigating shooting on Spencer Street

Rochester police are investigating a shooting on the city's north side that happened early Sunday morning.
 
Police say around 2:30 a.m., a 32-year old man from the Mount Morris area was shot in the pelvis. Investigators say the man intervened in an argument between two other people when he was shot on Spencer Street.

He suffered non life threatening injuries. So far no arrests have been made.
