Paychex training director honored

Chief Learning Officer, a leading magazine for the enterprise learning industry, has presented Kimberly Kelly with the Silver Award in Leadership.The honor comes during the magazine's annual Learning in Practice Awards which honor industry leaders who have demonstrated excellence in the design and delivery of workforce learning and development programs.
Kelly is Paychex's director of training and development. She joined Paychex in 1985 as a payroll specialist and became one of the company's first training managers. She helped to build the University of Paychex, the company's training and development center.
The University of Paychex has been named one of Training magazine's top training organizations for 6 consecutive years.
