We were first to tell you about the incident back in June, where six people claimed there were attacked by four others who used anti-gay slurs. They also claimed police did nothing to help them and failed to pursue their attackers.
Today, a grand jury has found "no cause for action" against those four suspects accused of carrying out the attack, which means they will not be charged.
Meanwhile, three of the alleged "victims," who ended up being the ones arrested in the incident, remain charged with disorderly conduct. A lawsuit is pending by those alleged victims against the police and City of Rochester.
Several police officers have been reprimanded for their role.
