Rochester Fire Department to hold promotion ceremony

RFD2007-10-12-1192202059.jpgFour Rochester Firefighters will be honored this afternoon at a promotion ceremony, Fire Chief John Caufield will preside at the ceremony.
 
Ronald Mendolara, a 29-year Department veteran will be sworn in as Deputy Chief.
 
Chief Richard Yackel will be promoted to Battalion Chief. Patrick Agostinelli will be promoted to Captain and Christine Schryver will become the Rochester Fire Department's second female Lieutenant today.
 
The event will be held at 1:00 p.m., in the Public Safety Building Auditorium.
