Ford hit .233 with three home runs and 14 RBI in 55 games with the Twins in 2007, while Rabe hit .194 in 14 games. LeCroy had three hits in 20 games following a recall from Rochester on September 9.

Minnesota also reinstated infielder Alejandro Machado, pitchers Francisco Liriano and Jesse Crain and catcher Jose Morales from the 60-day disabled list, and pitcher Dennys Reyes from the 15-day disabled list.
