A wild police chase in the Rochester area Thursday night.

It started shortly after nine o'clock with a robbery at the Oakwood Manor Apartments at 370 Jefferson Avenue in Perinton.
The suspect then led officers on a high speed chase in and out of Rochester city limits several times.

The chase ended more than a half hour later when the suspect's car was stopped on the west side at Ames Street and I-490.
