Philip Faraci will take over as COO immediately. The 52-year-old was already a senior vice president of Kodak, before the promotion. He takes over for James Langley who will depart Kodak at the end of the year.

Faraci is the fourth president in a row at Kodak charged with improving the company's digital business. Antonio Perez remains CEO and chairman of the board.
