WHOISEBAUM2007-09-18-1190155333.jpgA potential shot in the arm for Webster tonight. A man who made millions off the Internet has plans to reenergize his hometown.


The plan is to buy and develop a large parcel of land in the village of Webster. It's a large plot about the size of a football field, sitting along Main St. in Webster, between North Ave.

and Kircher Park. The price? One million dollars.

The potential buyer is Eric Bauman, a Webster native and creator of the website eBaum's world. The website was created nine years ago, showcasing humorous video clips and has become one of the most viewed pages on the Internet. The site was sold in August for 50 million dollars.


Four years ago, Bauman also started a real estate company, eBaum's Real Estate Development.
