Rochester brain drain

It's known as the brain drain...recent grads leaving the area after school because of the lack of opportunities. Monday, Mayor Bob Duffy and County Executive Maggie Brooks announced a plan asking every local community organization to offer a seat on their board of directors to a young professional. Leaders say a recent survey found 64 percent of these young professionals want to stay in the area but find it difficult to get involved in the community.
