Annual Purple Foot Festival

That's because they hopped into barrels of grapes at Casa Larga's 12th Annual Purple Foot Festival. Chefs from Woodcliff demonstrated some wine-friendly food and Casa Larga officials hosted tours. The rain did keep some away, but no one at Casa Larga was worried about getting their feet wet.

"It was very mushy. The bottom of our feet are still purple, but it'll wash off," said Marilyn Rydzewski, a grape stomper.

The Purple Foot Festival is the only grape stomping festival in the Rochester area.
