Today is the first day of school in Rochester and that also means the kick off of the "Million Father March." The nationwide program encourages fathers to take an active role in their children's education. They're urged to wake up their kids, make their lunches, check their backpacks and take them to school. Kenneth Lewis has two kids who go to School Number 29 and also involved with the PTSA. "I believe all fathers do want to be involved with their kid's lives. I think we all make our mistakes but we can make amends and move on from that and we just have to take the first step," said Lewis.
The "Million Father March" takes place in 200 cities around the country.
