Red Wings finishing a series with Pawtucket Monday night. Despite an inconsistent couple of weeks, the Wings find themselves just one game out of the playoffs as they begin the final week of the season.
Rochester trails Richmond by a game in the wildcard race with Buffalo a half game in the middle. The Wings can take care of Buffalo themselves, the two teams close the season with four games at frontier field.
"The Buffalo series we know is going to be big. We said it when the schedule came out. I said that four games with Buffalo at the end of the season are going to mean something. When you got your cards that are dealt to you right in your hand and you can play them, it's a good feeling," says Wings manager Stan Cliburn.
