handcuffs2007-08-24-1187992723.jpgAn undocumented immigrant in Rochester is facing drug trafficking charges.

Police say when they found ecstasy, marijuana and weapons in 32-year-old Lanford Harvey's vehicle. He was later arrested at his home on Scrantom Street in Rochester after a brief police chase. Police then learned Harvey was illegally living in the U.S.

Harvey faces up to life imprisonment, a one million dollar fine or both.
