WEBSTERGROWTH22007-08-22-1187792842.jpgWebster Voters rejected a plan to build a multi-million dollar community center.
The plan was defeated by 61 votes....with a final tally of  1631 to 1570.

The 14.9 million dollar project would have meant a hike in property taxes.

Webster Town Supervisor Ron Nesbitt tells News 8 Now the project will go back to the drawing board.
