Michael Hildreth set for sentencing today

The Monroe County sheriffs deputy convicted of spying on his neighbor is scheduled to be sentenced today. Michael Hildreth used computer equipment in his Penfield home to listen to a neighbors phone conversations. Hildreth and his neighbor, Jim Missel were reportedly involved in a long-standing dispute at the time. Hildreth faces up to four years in jail.
