B&L merger moving forward

Tuesday, Bausch & Lomb announced it's moving forward with a merger deal with Warburg Pincus.

The company's board of directors has already approved the merger and urged all of the company's shareholders to do the same.

A meeting will be held for shareholders at the end of September to vote on the merger.
