xerox-memorial2007-08-10-1186774579.jpgFour years have nearly passed since a man opened fire inside the Xerox Federal Credit Union in Webster. Friday, family and friends honored the victim. 51-year old Raymond Batzel was a Xerox employee. He and another man were shot on August 12, 2003. The other man survived.

Family members and even police say with no one in custody, this tragedy has been hard to forget.

Rowena Bennett, Raymond Batzel's mother, says, "He loved life.  He loved his family and there's that void there that we no longer have.  The void is there and we can no longer fill it."

Webster Police Chief Gerald Pickering says, "It's been a long four years. It's frustrating, but we certainly believe we will eventually get this to a successful fruition. It's by no means a cold case."

Police get one to two leads a month. They currently have 25 open leads. The suspect was wearing a wig and law enforcement clothing. Most of police's leads are look-a-likes of people in custody. The FBI is also investigating the case.
