Heatwave scorches midwest, south

Much of the country will be looking for relief today from the heat. Scorching temperatures have gripped several states for the past week. Sweltering temperatures from Orlando to Indianapolis have put high demands on power companies as heat indexes rise past 100. It expected to be cooler in the north this weekend but mother nature isnt letting up for those in the midwest and south.
