Two Maryland men are behind bars in Livingston County for trying to rob a Tim Hortons with a machete.
Geneseo police arrested 21 year old Jason Hollada and his 27 year old cousin Matthew Sanders early Monday morning.
According to police, one man allegedly came into the store to order food, the other came in moments later wearing a mask and brandishing a weapon.
The clerk escaped and called 9-1-1, which left the thieves with no one to rob.
Hollada and Sanders are being held on $50,000 bail in the Livingston County jail
