Arrest made in shooting death of Geneva teen

Geneva police have arrested a suspect in the shooting death of a teenager this past Sunday. 19-year-old Tremaine Green has been arrested for the murder of Elvin Manuel Cruz. Cruz was found near the corner of Lafayette and Genesee Streets suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he later died. Geneva city councilmembers are holding a special meeting tonight to discuss a possible curfew that some say might have prevented this from happening.
