The man who was threatening a civil suit against the Avon Police Department, has had his case denied. 39-year old David Homer claimed police tasered him ten times during an arrest back in January. Police say Homer had to be tasered after he assaulted an EMS worker who was trying to help him. A judge ruled against dropping felony criminal mischief charges against Homer. He now faces up to 25 years in prison.
