ford_logo2007-07-31-1185899133.jpgAn area auto dealership has abruptly closed as the result of a lawsuit by Ford Motors. Hundreds of vehicles were seized from the Mike Ognibene's Ford Dealership in Batavia this weekend per a judge's orders. Ford says Ognibene owes the company over two-million dollars for vehicles he's already sold and has filed a lawsuit alleging other serious charges. Ognibene, meanwhile, denies any wrong doing in court papers. Several customers with service contracts and extended warranties are affected by the closing.
