Robert Hartle in court today

The Rochester man is currently serving jail time for the murder of his girlfriend, Samantha Mottler Police say Hartle beat and stabbed Hazel Stewart and Vincent Reynolds back in their Jerold Street home last may. Officers then say Hartle set the home on fire to cover up the murders. Hartle is set to appear in court this morning at 9:30, in Judge Valentino's courtroom.
