Man accused of abusing girls at park in court today

colon2007-07-31-1185899470.jpgThe East Rochester man accused of sexually abusing two girls at a Penfield park is scheduled to be arrainged today. 52 year-old Michael Colon is charged with one count of rape, two counts of criminal sexual assault and three counts of sex abuse. The alleged incident happened earlier this month at at the Channing Philbrick Park. Police reports say Colon raped and performed a criminal sex act with, and sexually abused a nine year-old and sexually abused her 15 year-old sister. Colon is due in court at 9:30 this morning.
