Plea deal in theft of Santiago painting

The lawyer who police say masterminded a $30,000 art heist in Webster has taken a plea deal.
John West originally faced 7 charges. He now faces one. He, along with two other men, were accused of taking three original Ramon Santiago paintings from McCoy's Frame Shop in Webster.
The now deceased
West will be sentenced in September.
