Tank from gas truck detatches on Winton Rd.

A mechanical problem with a gas station big rig will be tying up traffic on Rochester's east side. Just before 9 a.m., a Hess fueling truck carrying gas detached from its rig and came to rest in the middle of Winton Rd. Crews have to empty the tank before they can attempt to move it. Both exits on 590 North and South going to Winton Rd. were shut down for a while while crews moved the tanker.
