Investigators are still determining exactly what caused a small plane crash in Steuben County that killed a Cornell University professor.
The plane, a Cessna 150, went down early Tuesday in a wooded area southeast of Keuka Lake.
The planes pilot has been identified as Sergio Servetto, who taught at Cornell's School of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Servetto was the only person on board the plane.
A search for the plane began after it failed to arrive as scheduled in Ithaca late Tuesday.
