City Cool Sweep

Rochester's Cool Sweep will go into effect today.

5 city firehydrants will be open from 11am to 3pm.

Those locations include Edgerton Park, Baden Park, Gardiner Playground, School # 41 and Joseph Avenue at Avenue D.

Also, there will be extended hours at Durand Eastman Beach.

And finally, these city community pools will be open from 10am to 8:30pm..

Avenue D Community Center Pool on 200 Avenue D

Flint Street Community Center Pool on 271 Flint Street

North Street Community Center Pool on 700 North Street

Webster Avenue Community Center on 530 Webster Ave.
