Wayne County sex offender back in jail

Two months after that release he's back in jail on a trespassing charge.
"She said that he was not welcome. At first he refused to leave and we she realized that he was calling the police he did leave," said Stuart Smart who attends First Presbyterian Church in

"As I understand it he was not as well behaved as he should have been,” Stuart said.
But people who witnessed said he was in line for a free meal the church offers everyday to people who need it.
"They served him but they gave him a plate to go," said Cynthia Williams.
“If you did something at that point in time to get kicked out then yeah, okay fine. But everybody makes mistakes we're human and you shouldn't judge me because of what I've done in the past," said Sharon Weems.
