No charges have been filed, but Monroe County Sheriff's deputies continue to investigate a deadly off-road accident this weekend in Mendon.

Cameron Buchanan, 19, was killed when the Jeep he was a passenger in crashed late Saturday night.

Police say Brian Zavitz, 19, was behind the wheel.  He drove off of a dirt mound at a housing tract in Mendon.  The vehicle fell about 20 feet.

Zavitz and two other passengers all suffered minor injuries.  Everyone in the car, including Buchanan, was wearing a seatbelt.
