Four Henrietta teens charged with the murder of a West Seneca man have taken a plea deal in Erie County. And, all four have admitted to the killing. Jake Winters, Stephen Le, and Gerald Anderson were all arrested in May. Kyle Allison was arrested weeks later. The four are accused of killing James Gilson in his West Seneca home. Police say one of the teens had previously done home improvement work for the victim. Authorities say Gilson caught the teens burglarizing his home on April 3rd and they beat him to death.
