Craig Cordes, 32, is charged with boating while intoxicated and vehicular manslaughter.  His brother, Brian Cordes, 25, originally said he was driving the boat.  He's now charged with hindering prosecution.

Police say the two men were boating on Skaneateles Lake early Sunday morning when they crashed into another boat.  They killed John Kelly and his girlfriend.  Kelly was a police officer in Richmond, Virginia.
