"One imagines joy as a flame. Like all flames it needs oxygen, some life force, a combustible material, a significant activity, and then the white heat of profound effort or activity leading ultimately to inner satisfactions, if not ebullience."  Quote by Thomas J. Cottle (b. 1937) American psychologist

page_r1_c22007-03-02-1172854667.gifBelow are a few things you can do to create more joy in your life:

Juice ~ What juices you up and energizes you? What lifts your spirits? What are you passionate about? When do you lose track of time doing something that you enjoy? What were you doing? Identify these and bring them into your life, your work and living space.

Oxygen ~Use breathing to increase your energy and feel good. Think about a time when you went for a bike ride and how you felt afterwards. Breathing has been used as a stress reliever, as a leadership technique to pause to think before speaking and as a natural technique to feel good...runners talk about this endorphin high.

You ~ It starts with you! How do you like yourself? Would you like being around you if you had a choice? Become attractive to yourself! We have more love to share with others when we love ourselves. In addition, when you focus on making yourself attractive to yourself, others will also be attracted to you.

People spend a lot of money on "stuff" to help them feel better only to have more stuff to take care of or put away and all the while they still aren't feeling satisfied. Why not spend some time creating the relationships and life you desire, which is for your lifetime, and feel the satisfaction you are missing! Want to feel and create more love in your life? Register to attend a FREE upcoming one hour teleclass and learn how you can love life and experience heaven on earth now!
