NKF ANNOUNCES EXCITING NEW CHANGES

Rochester, NY - Yes! It's that time of year again; time for the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) of Upstate New York's Subaru Touch-A-Thon. This unique fundraising event is presented by ESL Federal Credit Union and sponsored by Sam's Club.

The Touch-A-Thon is celebrating its 25th anniversary by introducing the Touch-A-Thon Playoffs with three new ways for contestants to qualify for their chance at winning a 2007 Subaru Impreza 2.5i Sedan, from Van Bortel Subaru. Contestants can choose from the Fun Way, by winning a round of the NKF Touch-In Game; The Fund Way, by purchasing a spot on the car for only $525; or The Hey! I Won Way, a wild card drawing for only $25 an entry.

The NKF Touch-In Game is the perfect opportunity for the kid at heart to become a 2007 Subaru Touch-A-Thon contestant. Six Touch-In games will be held at The Marketplace and Eastview Malls, beginning in March. Potential contestants will be joining Sidney the Kidney to play Sidney Says; a variation of Simon Says with the added twist of balancing a flying disc. The winner of each round wins a spot at the Touch-A-Thon! As an added incentive, participants in the NKF Touch-In Game have their name entered into our wild card drawing at no extra cost. A $50 registration fee is required and three to four rounds will be played per event.
