WOWEE is a non-profit educational organization, ID# 241005 We grew from another organization called WEEA. As WEEA and now WOWEE, we have been staging live, exotic animal outreach programs for kids in a six county area for more than ten years. Our programs are always enthusiastically received by kids of all ages.
We are now developing a new program focused entirely on our two North American wolves. This program will be more informational and educational than the outreach program we are currently staging, though it does not replace that program. The wolf program will be aimed at older kids and adults. We will market this program to high schools, colleges, museums and other appropriate institutions.
We envision a five part program with speakers and a Power Point slide show with pictures and text:
Part I: General information on wolves with a Power Point presentation– split screen with pictures and bullet points.
Part II: Dan Hill, a Cayuga fluteplayer, will tell stories and legends about wolves and their relationship with the Iroquois people, what it means to be wolf clan, the mysical and physical connections.
Part III: The speaker will talk about the success of the wolves in
Part IV: We have wolves coming back into
Part V: We will talk about Nellie, our gray wolf, and WOWEE is a non-profit educational organization, ID# 241005 We grew from another organization called WEEA.
