Bills sign CB Florence

ORCHARD PARK, NY – The Buffalo Bills today announced the team has agreed to terms with unrestricted free agent cornerback Drayton Florence. In accordance with team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. Florence appeared in 15 games, making eight starts during the 2008 season with Jacksonville. In his six-year career, Florence has played in 89 games with 51 starts and has registered 273 tackles (239 solo), 10 interceptions and 41 passes defensed. The 6’0, 195-pound Tuskegee product originally entered the NFL as a second-round (46th overall) draft choice by San Diego in 2003.
