june282007-01-22-1169484402.jpgNews 8 Now shines the Scholastic Arts Spotlight on Torin Greenwood, who just graduated from Honeoye Falls-Lima High School. This super-achieving student was the class valedictorian!

Torin puts classical music at the top of his list, but he plays it all. He's the percussionist for the school wind ensemble, and plays piano in the jazz band. He's trained with professionals from the Eastman School of Music, and shares his talent with the community band.

Torin likes music and mathematics equally, and plans on majoring in both at the University of Pennsylvania next fall. Congratulations, Torin Greenwood!
