Three Arrested For Lyons Home Invasion

Three Rochester youth have been arrested on charges connected to a home invasion robbery in Lyons.

Shaka Nesmith, 18, Karon James, 20, and a 14-year-old are all facing burglary and robbery charges. Police say the three entered the home of a 70-year-old woman armed with guns and wearing ski masks. They held the elderly woman at gunpoint while they gathered money and jewelry from her home. Police caught them after a brief car chase.

Nesmith and James remain in the Wayne County Jail. The 14-year-old was transfer to a Monroe County juvenile facility.
