Two Arrested For Catalytic Converter Thefts

Rochester Police have arrested two people in connection with a number of catalytic converter thefts.

Preston Lawrence, 40, and Delmus Holton, 37, are both charged with criminal mischief and grand larceny. Both were stopped by officers in the city. Lawrence and Holton were found with saw blades and bolt cutters. They both were remanded to jail. Holton has posted bail.

Pollice are continuing to investigate.
