Rochester Man Accoused of Setting Early Morning Blaze

A Rochester man is accused of starting a fire early Saturday morning.

Keith Saddock is being charged with arson for starting a fire at Southview Towers on 500 South Avenue.

Just before 1 a.m. firefighters responed to the report of a fire on the buildings 16th floor. After the fire was put out an investigation revealed it was intentionally set.

Saddock was arraigned later Saturday morning in Rochester City Court.
