Popular Rochester Restaurant Adds Second Location

"We only have a few hundred square feet," Contreras said. "I think 300 square feet. So, you can only do so much, with so little, for so long."
He said he's been approached by several grocery chains interested in selling his product. He said he'd need a new, U.S.D.A. approved kitchen to produce the food.
Contreras expects to have a decision made by Wednesday.
