Governor Andrew Cuomo's approval rating has hit the lowest level since he has been governor.

But a new Siena research poll shows Cuomo has maintained a 2 to 1 favorability rating. Right now it is at 64 to 30 percent. That is down from 67 to 29 percent last month. The poll shows support for the new gun law remains strong. But the majority oppose the repeal of the law. Voters seem divided on whether the law was rushed through.
