Two People in Critical Condition After Car Crashes into House

According to police a man flipped his vehicle after he ran a traffic light at the North Street and Clifford Avenue intersection. Police say that just after midnight the man was traveling north bound on North Street, after running the traffic light he crashed into a utility pole, a house, and then a parked car causing his car to flip over. The power lines connected to the utility pole were knocked over and the people inside of 960 North Street had to be evacuated.
Two male passengers in the vehicle, 17 and 18 years of age, were trapped in the SUV. They had to be cut out of the vehicle and were taken to Strong Hospital, both listed in critical condition. The driver of the vehicle, a 23-year-old man, was not injured but was also taken to the hospital.
The driver has been charged with reckless driving. The investigation is on-going.
