Man Charged In North Goodman Fatal Hit-And-Run

Rochester Police have arrested an Irondequoit man in connection with the fatal hit-and-run on North Goodman Street earlier this week.

Daniel Garver, 22, has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Police say he struck and killed Harry Andrews, 37, as Andrews was pouring gas into his vehicle in front of his house. Andrews was pronounced dead at Rochester General Hospital. Police were able to track down Garver through red light camera technology.
