If the Bishop Kearney frontcourt duo of Chinonso Obokoh and Thomas Bryant continue to play wel, it'll be hard for any team in New York to stop Bishop Kearney.

In the state qualifier at Blue Cross Arena, Obokoh and Bryant combined for 33 points and 19 rebounds as Kearney cruised by Greece Athena 63-51. The Kings as a whole won the rebound battle 36-21.

Kearney point guard Antwoine Anderson also had a terrific evening. The senior finished with 19 opints and 5 rebounds.

The breakout quarter for Kearney came in the third. The Kings took a 3 point game at halftime and opened it up thanks to a 22-11 third quarter. With the score 47-33 going into the fourth, the game's outcome had all but been determined.

With the win, Bishop Kearney will take on Jamestown of Section VI in the Class AA state quarterfinals at 8:45 on Saturday, March 10 at Blue Cross Arena.
