Five bus loads of Rochester area gun owners left Thursday morning from Marketplace Mall.  They are joining thousands of other gun owners from across New York State to oppose the NY Safe Act.

These gun owners say the state did not have the right to pass this legislation which they say infringes on their second amendment rights.

Members from "shooters committee on political education" and "Rochester personal defense" organized the trip to Albany. About 10,000 people are expected in Albany for the rally which starts at noon. News 8 has a crew headed to Albany and will have the latest for you later today.
